Equinox Support Team Earns High Marks for 2012 Customer Service

Duluth, GA —January 15, 2013

The Equinox Support Team has earned high marks for customer service in 2012. Clients were asked to respond to a short survey allowing them to rate their experience with support staff once their ticket was closed. Over 3,000 tickets were resolved during 2012 with 98% percent of responding customers rating their service as “Good” to “Excellent”, with over 90% of those responses rated in the top “Excellent” category.

Worch Memorial Public Library Joins COOL and Goes Live on Evergreen

Duluth, GA —January 14, 2013

Worch Memorial Public Library has gone live on Evergreen as part of the Consortium of Ohio Libraries (COOL). They are the sixth of nine founding members of the new state wide program bringing 37,000 bibliographic items and almost 9,000 new patrons to the consortium. LibLime and WALDO Announce the University of Advancing Technology is Live with LibLime Academic Koha 5.0

LibLime Academic Koha 5.0 includes several new features:
• global authority control
• initial RDA support for the content, media, and carrier data fields
• more efficient tracking of ‘Lost’ items on patron records
• expansion of partial fines support which lets staff select where the partial payment is applied

Brill Acquires Entomology List from Apollo Books

Seattle, WA- LibLime, a division of PTFS, will raffle off a Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight Reader and debut the release of LibLime Academic Koha 5.2 at the 2013 ALA Midwinter Meeting from January 25-28 in Seattle, Washington.
