(ITI) has announced the appointment of Dr. Gerald Benoît as Editor of the ASIS&T Monograph Series. In this role, Benoît will acquire and develop print and digital monographs covering a range of practical and theoretical topics in information science and technology and allied disciplines.
EBSCO Information Services and Talis Partner to Improve Accessibility and Usability for Mutual Customers
A partnership between EBSCO and Talis will enable EBSCO Discovery Service to be seamlessly integrated into Talis's cloud-based Talis Aspire Reading List and Talis Aspire Digitised Content modules. PROVO, Utah, July 31, 2013 — Backstage Library Works and the University of Pennsylvania Libraries have collaborated to bring full-text search and discovery to the entire collection of Isaac Leeser’s correspondence.
The Gershwind-Bennett Isaac Leeser Digital Repository features access to the personal papers and publications of Isaac Leeser, widely regarded as the foremost American Jewish leader in antebellum America. The repository is the first major collaborative effort undertaken by the Jesselson-Kaplan American Genizah Project.
