Homer Public Library in Alaska Goes Live With Evergreen

Homer Public Library has gone live on Evergreen. Equinox Software provided data migration and staff training services. They will also provide ongoing technical support for the library’s Evergreen installation. Almost 45,000 bibliographic items, and more than 9500 patrons were moved to the new system. Statistics Canada Library Goes Live With Evergreen

The Statistics Canada Library has gone live with Evergreen. Equinox Library Services Canada provided data migration and training services and will also provide system hosting and ongoing technical support services. 117,000 bibliographic items and almost 3,000 patrons were moved to the new system. The Blanchester and Wornstaff Memorial public libraries have gone live on Evergreen making a total of 8 library systems on the new Consortium of Ohio Libraries (COOL). More than10,000 new patrons will now be part of the COOL consortium and over 90,000 bibliographic items have been added to the combined catalog. Caswell County Public Library has gone live on Evergreen as the eleventh library to join the NC Cardinal consortium. Equinox Software oversaw both data migration and staff training. ESI will also continue to provide on-going system administration and technical support for the entire consortium.

Equinox Support Team Earns High Marks for 2012 Customer Service

Duluth, GA —January 15, 2013

The Equinox Support Team has earned high marks for customer service in 2012. Clients were asked to respond to a short survey allowing them to rate their experience with support staff once their ticket was closed. Over 3,000 tickets were resolved during 2012 with 98% percent of responding customers rating their service as “Good” to “Excellent”, with over 90% of those responses rated in the top “Excellent” category.
